Registration


The convention registration will be held at your hotel in Lebanon, TN, October 4th at 4 pm. 


Convention price $125.00

This price includes Friday night pizza part and Saturday night Mexican party. Saturday and Sunday hotel hot and cold breakfast at your hotel. Nashville International airport pick up and drop off, if needed.

Decided to attend? 

Please click on the PayPal “ADD TO CART" button below. Once I receive your payment, you will receive an email questionnaire to fill out.

If you do not wish to use PayPal, you can email me for a postal money order or check option. Both will have to clear before you are considered registered and I send out the questionnaire. Please email me at indieromcon@gmail.com for this option.

The registration fee DOES NOT include your room fees. Each attendee will be responsible for registering for and paying for their hotel room. If you need a rooming buddy, you can join the private Facebook group to see if someone will room with you.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTONS - PLEASE READ

 On the PayPal screen, type in your PayPal information. Once you get to the screen where your name and address information is displayed, you will see an "Add SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" button (directly under your name and address), please click on it and type in the the email you want your questionnaire to go to.


All sales are final, no refund for registration fee. 


UNREGISTERED SPOUSES ATTENDING THE CONVENTION


 For those of you who are bringing your spouse or significant others who will not be registering as an attendee, please understand they will need to be added to the food count at an additional fee if you wish them to be included and join you for meals. Only registered attendees are counted for meals. Therefore, you will need to pay attention to the area on the questionnaire to indicate your spouse/significant other wants to be included at meal. Again, there will be an extra fee charged for this, and I will know as soon as the registration is closed. I will email everyone that wants the extra charge at that time to let them know. I will say it won’t be an outrageous amount.

Airport pick up 

You will also find airport pick up if you’re flying in to Nashville International airport. This will be on the questionnaire.
